Position Overview
As Director of Quality, you will lead all quality assurance, quality control, and compliance functions across manufacturing and service operations. You'll play a critical role in shaping quality strategy while remaining closely connected to day-to-day execution-ensuring products meet the highest standards of safety, performance, and reliability.

This is a highly influential leadership position where you will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to embed a culture of accountability, precision, and continuous improvement across the organization.

What You'll Do

Quality Leadership & Strategy
  • Lead the development and evolution of a robust Quality Management System across multiple facilities and product lines
  • Establish and drive quality objectives aligned with operational goals and customer expectations
  • Serve as the senior advisor on all quality-related matters, influencing strategy at the highest levels
Manufacturing & Process Quality
  • Oversee quality across fabrication, welding, coating, assembly, and final inspection operations
  • Ensure adherence to industry codes and standards while driving first-time quality and defect prevention
  • Partner closely with Operations and Engineering to strengthen process capability and consistency
Compliance, Audits & Certifications
  • Lead all external audits, certifications, and customer inspections
  • Ensure continuous audit readiness through strong internal controls and documentation practices
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory and customer-specific requirements
Continuous Improvement & Problem Solving
  • Drive root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives that lead to lasting improvements
  • Leverage data and performance metrics to identify trends and optimize quality outcomes
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement across all levels of the organization
Supplier & Vendor Quality
  • Establish supplier quality standards and evaluation processes
  • Collaborate with vendors to resolve issues and elevate overall supply chain performance
Team Leadership & Development
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing quality team
  • Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Elevate quality awareness across the organization through training and engagement
