Seeking an experienced Director of Quality for a well-established oil and gas manufacturing and fabrication company in Abilene, TX.
In this high-visibility leadership role, you'll oversee quality assurance, control, and compliance across manufacturing and service divisions, ensuring adherence to ASME, API, and industry standards.
Key responsibilities include developing the QMS, leading audits, managing nonconformance issues, driving continuous improvement, and leading a team of supervisors and inspectors.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's in Engineering or related field, 8+ years of quality leadership in oil and gas, strong knowledge of ASME and API standards, and experience with fabrication and pressure vessels.
Preferred certifications include ASQ, Six Sigma, and ISO Lead Auditor.
