We are a well-established and growing property management company in Albany seeking an experienced Director of Property Management to lead our expanding portfolio of residential properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations across our multi-family residential portfolio
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of property managers, maintenance supervisors, and leasing staff
- Maintain high occupancy, strong tenant satisfaction, and full regulatory compliance
- Manage budgeting, financial performance, and vendor relationships
- Drive operational efficiency and property results
Requirements:
- 5+ years of progressive multi-family property management experience
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with AppFolio (required)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
