Responsibilities:

In the Director of Project Management role, you’ll lead our Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) and help drive how the business selects, prioritizes, governs, and delivers the initiatives that matter most; especially large, cross-functional programs tied to ROI, integration work, and enterprise change.
You’ll be at the center of the annual intake and prioritization cycle, building visibility and accountability for outcomes, and partnering closely with senior leaders and cross-functional workstream owners to keep major programs on track and delivering value.
Key Responsibilities
- Own enterprise portfolio intake and prioritization: Lead the annual process to gather major initiatives from functional leaders, facilitate prioritization, and prepare the work for executive review and decision-making.
- Drive governance and quarterly business reviews: Establish and run quarterly updates for major initiatives using clear status visibility and business value/ROI tracking.
- Strengthen accountability for ROI: Improve how teams are held accountable to outcomes, especially where growth, cost-out, and system support expectations need greater rigor.
- Lead and develop the PMO team: Manage and develop a team (including employees and contractors), guiding delivery standards, coaching, and execution excellence.
- Enable enterprise transformation and integration work: Provide project leadership and oversight across major enterprise efforts such as integrations, divestitures, and cross-functional programs as portfolio demands require.
- Advance PMO tools and ways of working: Help evolve tools and processes toward stronger portfolio visibility, planning, and execution discipline.
- Build scalable project management standards: Contribute to the development and adoption of a project management playbook to improve consistency and enable repeatable success across the enterprise.
Qualifications:
What We’re Looking For
- 8-10 years of proven project/program/portfolio leadership in a company of similar scale, including experience building or improving project management processes and adapting them to business needs.
- People leadership experience with demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and elevate team performance.
- Experience leading or supporting growth through acquisitions
- Servant-leader mindset and strong collaboration skills; someone who builds trust across functions and helps teams succeed without unnecessary bureaucracy.
- Comfort leading work in complex, cross-functional environments; manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Executive-ready communication skills; able to translate work into clear decisions, tradeoffs, and outcomes for senior stakeholders.
- Bachelor’ Degree in Business Administration or related field; Master’s Degree preferred
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required
- CPG or Manufacturing experience strongly preferred to hit the ground running

The pay range for this position is $113,987 - $177,820 per year.
