Overview:
VTG is seeking a Program Manager to oversee all aspects of Task Order execution, including staffing, stakeholder engagement, and adherence to SLAs.
Responsibilities:
- Leads planning, execution, and oversight of complex IT and cybersecurity projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and mission priorities.
- Coordinates resources, schedules, risks, and deliverables across government, contractor, and vendor stakeholders.
- Develops and maintains program artifacts including integrated master schedules, risk registers, performance reports, and transition plans.
- Serves as the primary point of contact for government leadership on task execution, status updates, and escalation management.
- Monitors performance metrics, financial execution, and contract compliance to support informed decision-making.
- Facilitates stakeholder engagement, governance board coordination, and continuous communication across technical and business units.
Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required.
- 7+ years of Program Management experience
6+ years of directly-related professional work experience
Bachelors degree in a related field (such as: Business Management, Economics, Finance, Communications, Computer Science, Engineering, IT Management); or possess an advanced degree in a related field with 5+ years of directly-related work experience.
- PMP Certification
- Experience managing a Program with more than 50 FTE including multiple subcontractors.
- Experience managing and IDIQ.
- Experience managing Software Development/Engineering Programs.
- Experience managing Completion Based contracts.
This position is contingent upon contract award.
