Acumatica is looking for a Director of Product Management to lead our Construction and Services product strategy-an important growth contributor to our business.
This role sits at the center of transforming how construction companies and service organizations operate-connecting financials, projects, field operations, and service delivery into an integrated, full lifecycle solution that delivers value to where the work is performed and increasingly incorporates AI.

What You'll Do:
Shape the Vision & Strategy
Own and evolve the multi-year product strategy across Construction, Service Management, and Professional Services, connecting the dots to the corporate strategy
Identify and drive expansion into adjacent workflows and verticals
Define differentiated solutions that unify back-office, project, and field operations while delivering value to where the work is performed
Weave AI into the product strategy in a way that delivers true value to the customer
Lead High-Impact Product Teams
Lead and grow a team of Product Managers aligned to customer value streams
Drive clarity, focus, and prioritization to deliver measurable business outcomes
Improve speed and predictability of delivery through strong product practices
Be a Voice of the Customer & Industry
Build deep expertise in construction, service, and professional services workflows
Articulate how AI will positively disrupt Construction and Services
Engage directly with customers, partners, and prospects to inform product direction
Represent the company as a thought leader in industry transformation

Identify opportunities to accelerate growth through new capabilities, partnerships, and acquisitions

What Success Looks Like

Experience
10+ years in Product Management, including 5+ years in leadership roles
Experience in construction tech, ERP, field service, or professional services platforms
Track record of delivering complex SaaS products at scale
Experience expanding products into new verticals or adjacent markets
Product & Business Acumen
Strong product strategy and roadmap leadership skills
Ability to connect product decisions to customer value and business outcomes
Experience working across platform-based products and ecosystems
Leadership
Proven ability to lead and scale teams
Strong communicator who can align across executives and cross-functional partners

For this role, the salary range is $190,000-$205,000 annually. This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job and may vary based on location. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including skills, qualifications, experience and other relevant elements.
At Acumatica, certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee's role.
