Key responsibilities include developing procurement strategies, leading sourcing events, negotiating complex IT contracts, ensuring security and compliance, coaching staff, and promoting best practices.
Qualifications require a bachelor's degree, 8+ years of procurement experience with IT focus, strong negotiation skills, and familiarity with cybersecurity, licensing, and lifecycle management. Experience in higher education or complex organizations is preferred.
This role offers flexible remote work with occasional on-site presence and requires residence in the state.
