Role Overview
Reporting to the VP of Strategy and Business Operations, the Director of Procurement will lead our strategic procurement function, developing and executing our strategy to reduce cost, improve service levels, and deepen our vendor relationships across the entire direct, indirect, and capex spend categories for hospital and corporate departments. This individual will lead an existing team of 3-4 procurement professionals to execute on the strategy, with the opportunity to grow and develop the team over time. The position will be a highly visible leader in the organization, interacting with the WVP leadership team regularly.
The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of analytical rigor, commercial acumen, and stakeholder leadership, with the ability to set strategic goals, lead a team, and execute with rigor across a multi-site, high-growth environment.
This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 3 days in office per week in central Denver.

Our salary ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location. The range provided for each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. The salary range for this opportunity is $175,000 - $210,000 annually. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The Company offers competitive compensation along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision benefits, vacation, sick leave, 401(k), and more depending on location. You will be provided with more detailed information about compensation and benefits for your specific location.
