BuyMax Alliance, an affiliate of Authority Brands Inc. is a member organization that provides national buying power to our network of more than 1,200 independent contractors in the home services industry throughout North America.
The Director of Procurement is the day-to-day owner and operator of Authority Brands' Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) services through BuyMax SPE LLC, supporting all Authority Brands franchise brands. This role is responsible for end-to-end execution of procurement activities, ensuring the Preferred Vendor programs deliver measurable value to both Authority Brands corporate and its franchisees, while supporting enterprise objectives around scale, margin improvement, and operational simplicity.
The role is hands-on and accountable for both strategy and execution, serving as the primary decision-maker and escalation point for supplier relationships and management, pricing programs, private-labeled product sales, vendor rebates, contract negotiations, vendor sponsorship programs, and franchisee procurement and sourcing needs.
