Description
- Lead preconstruction efforts, including project planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Develop and manage cost estimates, ensuring alignment with project goals and budgets.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project feasibility and compliance.
- Analyze and evaluate construction plans and specifications for accuracy and completeness.
- Provide strategic input during the bid and negotiation process to secure optimal outcomes.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks during the preconstruction phase.
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance preconstruction processes.
