With a strong pipeline, repeat business, and a people-first culture, they offer stability alongside exciting growth opportunities.DescriptionThe Director of Estimating will be responsible for:Leading all preconstruction and estimating activities from conceptual budgets through final proposals.Developing accurate cost estimates across CSI Divisions 2-16, with a strong focus on MEP and interior renovation scopes.Managing, mentoring, and developing a team of four estimators, fostering collaborating and professional growth.Setting and executing estimating strategies to ensure competitive, well-aligned bids.Partnering closely with project managers and design teams on budgeting, value engineering, and constructability reviews.Overseeing estimates for projects including cooling towers, chiller replacements, generator upgrades, an exterior renovations.Reporting directly to senior leadership, ensuring alignment with business goals and pipeline strategy.
