QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy, Nursing, Regulatory Affairs, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of healthcare compliance experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience within pharmacy, specialty pharmacy, pharmaceutical manufacturing, accreditation management, compounding pharmacy, or another highly regulated healthcare environment
  • Experience supporting accreditation programs, audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews
  • Experience developing policies, procedures, SOPs, and corrective action plans
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
  • Excellent project management, documentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead and maintain the organization's compliance program across pharmacy and healthcare operations
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements
  • Oversee accreditation readiness, renewals, audits, and survey preparation
  • Manage relationships with accreditation organizations including URAC, NABP, ACHC, LegitScript, and similar agencies
  • Coordinate pharmacy licensing, permit renewals, regulatory filings, and credentialing requirements across multiple jurisdictions
  • Monitor regulatory changes and implement operational updates as needed
  • Develop, update, and maintain policies, procedures, SOPs, and compliance documentation
  • Conduct compliance risk assessments and coordinate corrective action plans
  • Lead internal audits and support external inspections and regulatory reviews
  • Develop and administer employee compliance and regulatory training programs
  • Partner with Pharmacy Operations, Quality Assurance, Human Resources, IT, and executive leadership to maintain compliance standards
  • Serve as the organization's internal subject matter expert for compliance, accreditation, and regulatory matters
