Vacancy ID 20262027 - 00187 Position Category Director of District Personnel Title Director of Personnel Description Union County Public Schools has an opening beginning with the 2026-2027 school year and seeks a highly effective, qualified, & proven leader to serve as Director of Personnel. The applicant should have an active administrative certification for principal and/or superintendent issued by the Kentucky Education Professional Standards Board (EPSB). In addition, the applicant will have successful, progressive, and innovative administrative experience. The preferred applicant will also demonstrate the ability to proactively recruit, retain, support, empower, and lead all staff while building district leadership capacity. The candidate will strive to inspire each employee & student in the district while promoting district initiatives in the community. This position is 235 days/year.
