Role Overview
The Director of Performance Marketing owns the overall customer acquisition and growth strategy across our family of brands. This leader is responsible for scaling profitable revenue, maximizing marketing efficiency, and building a world-class growth organization. The Director partners with executive leadership to align marketing investments with long-term business objectives.

Requirements
Qualifications
10+ years of performance marketing experience.
5+ years leading teams.
Proven track record managing multi-million-dollar media budgets.
Proven track record of scaling businesses to $500M and beyond

Analytics
Forecasting
Customer acquisition strategy
Customer retention strategy
Experience scaling omnichannel consumer brands preferred.
