Our client is seeking an energetic, people-focused leader to serve as their Director of People & Culture. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing organization and play a key role in shaping the employee experience, developing future leaders, and driving a culture where people thrive.


As a member of the leadership team, you'll help attract top talent, strengthen employee engagement, enhance development programs, and champion core values throughout the organization.

 


What You'll Do:

  • Lead initiatives that improve employee engagement, retention, and performance
  • Drive recruiting efforts across the organization and build talent pipelines through community, school, and university partnerships
  • Redesign and enhance the onboarding experience
  • Lead quarterly employee engagement surveys and implement action plans
  • Develop leadership, performance management, cross-training and employee development programs
  • Serve as a mentor to organization’s developing leaders
  • Expand volunteer and community involvement efforts
  • Coach and mentor emerging leaders
  • Promote the company’s core values

 

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, Organizational Development, or a related field
  • Strong recruiting, employee relations, and leadership development experience
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities
  • Excellent attendance record with a teamwork mentality
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Financial acumen is a plus
