Our client is a dedicated provider of Home Health services and is seeking an experienced Director of Patient Care Services (DPCS) to lead their team and ensure the highest standards of patient care. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in home health care leadership, a deep understanding of Medicare regulations, and a talent for building and nurturing relationships within the community.

  • Oversee the coordination and delivery of patient care services.
    <\/li>
  • Ensure that patient care is in compliance with state and federal regulations, including Medicare requirements.
    <\/li>
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits of patient care to maintain high standards of service.
    <\/li>
  • Promote a collaborative, family -like office culture.
    <\/li>
  • Provide ongoing training and support to staff members to enhance their skills and performance.
    <\/li>
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with ALFs and other community partners.
    <\/li>
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patient care concerns and facility inquiries.
    <\/li>
  • Utilize the Wellsky Kinnser EHR system to manage patient records and documentation (preferred but not required).
    <\/li>
  • Ensure accurate and timely billing in accordance with Medicare regulations.
    <\/li>
  • Implement and monitor compliance programs to ensure adherence to all relevant healthcare standards and regulations.

    Requirements<\/h3>
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a DPCS or similar leadership role within home health care.
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Strong knowledge of Medicare regulations and billing practices.
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Experience with the Wellsky Kinnser EHR system is highly preferred.
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships within the community.
