About the role
The Director of Outlets & Banquets provides leadership and oversight for all food and beverage outlets. This individual will focus on finding additional means to drive strategic food and beverage programs while increasing the profitability and efficiency of the division.
What will you be doing?
Provide leadership to all of the Food & Beverage outlets – to include the restaurant (Audrey), Executive Lounge, In Room Dining and Banquets
Revise, generate, and direct standard operational controls
Develop pricing, service, and product strategies
Identify and stay current on market trends within the industry
Utilize customer satisfaction surveys to develop and implement action plans to address areas of need
Work closely with accounting department to ensure operational costs are within budget
Supervise inventory management
Own vendor and customer relations
Ensure safety and sanitation requirements are being adhered to
Establish performance standards and assist in the recruitment & retention of staff
Establish development opportunities for high potential associates seeking growth
What do you bring to the role?
8+ years in a Food & Beverage management role, with at least 3 years of executive leadership experience.
Experience in free-standing restaurant experience ideally in fine dining service.
Strong communication, written, and verbal skills
Natural leadership qualities with the ability to motivate a team and provide mentoring & development opportunities to high potential talent

Salary Estimate: Starting at $75K - $85K + bonus
