As Director of OTR, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our OTR business. This executive-level position is responsible for leading growth initiatives, identifying new market opportunities, strengthening customer partnerships, and developing strategies that drive revenue, profitability, and market share. Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of progressive experience and success in OTR tire sales, business development, or related leadership roles.
  • 5+ years of experience leading high-performing sales teams and driving revenue growth.
  • Demonstrated success developing and executing growth strategies in the OTR tire industry.
  • Strong knowledge of OTR tire applications, markets, and customer segments, with an established industry network.
  • Proven ability to identify market opportunities, and drive profitable business growth.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute OTR growth strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Identify new market opportunities and revenue streams.
  • Support sales forecasting, goal setting, and performance measurement.

Team Management

  • Partner with sales leadership to execute the OTR sales strategy.
  • Lead, coach, and support the OTR sales team.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and results.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key OTR customers.
  • Deliver customer-focused solutions that drive long-term partnerships.
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts.

Product Knowledge

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on OTR products and applications.
  • Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and competitive offerings.
  • Provide product and market guidance to the sales team.

Sales and Financial Performance

  • Monitor sales performance and key business metrics.
  • Drive initiatives to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
  • Support budgeting, inventory planning, and cost management efforts.

Market Expansion

  • Identify and pursue opportunities in new markets and segments.
  • Drive growth within existing customer accounts.
  • Collaborate with marketing to support business development initiatives.
  • Compliance and Reporting
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Provide regular performance, forecasting, and market insight reports to leadership.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suites.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary to meet clients, oversee regional sales teams, and represent Snider Fleet Solutions

This position is based at the companys corporate office. The majority of this position will consist of normal office tasks and interaction amongst peers and Snider branches. Overnight and out of market travel to other Snider locations and customers is approximately 50%.
