Our client is seeking a strategic and people-focused Director of Organizational Development & Human Resources to lead initiatives that strengthen leadership capability, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement across a growing organization.

What You’ll Do...

  • Drive organizational effectiveness by assessing structures, processes, talent, and culture
  • Design and implement leadership development and succession planning programs
  • Coach and support leaders in performance management, communication, and team development
  • Lead change management initiatives that improve engagement and operational success
  • Lead all HR functions including recruiting, employee relations, compensation, benefits, compliance, and training
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and HR best practices
  • Support employee engagement, retention, onboarding, and career development efforts
  • Develop impactful training programs and professional development opportunities
  • Represent the organization through networking, community outreach, and professional events
  • Manage HR and organizational development budgets

What They're Looking For...

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or equivalent experience
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred
  • 8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience with organizational development responsibility
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
  • Proven ability to influence leaders, build culture, and drive organizational effectiveness
  • Strong communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills
