What You''ll Do

As our Director of Organizational Development, you will:

• Lead the company''s organizational development strategy and initiatives.
• Design and implement leadership development, training, and employee growth programs.
• Partner with leaders to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
• Support change management efforts that help teams adapt, grow, and succeed.
• Develop metrics that measure the effectiveness of development programs and organizational initiatives.
• Evaluate and improve communication, team development, and employee performance processes.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and career growth.

What You''ll Bring

• Bachelor''s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Training, Business, or a related field.
• Five or more years of organizational development experience.
• Experience assessing training needs and developing learning programs.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and project management capabilities.
• Construction industry experience is preferred.
