Clean Harbors is seeking a Director of Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) to lead the strategy, architecture, and delivery of analytics across our Oracle Cloud ecosystem.
This role will be responsible for establishing FDI as the enterprise analytics backbone, enabling consistent, governed, and scalable reporting across Finance, Supply Chain, Collections, and Operational domains. The Director will partner closely with ERP, business leadership, and IT teams to drive data-driven decision making and reporting standardization as part of our ongoing Oracle Cloud transformation.

12+ years in enterprise data, analytics, or ERP reporting
5+ years leading large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud analytics initiatives
Proven experience with Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) or Fusion Analytics Warehouse
Deep knowledge of:
Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP, SCM, CX)
FDI, OTBI, BI Publisher, Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC)
Strong experience with:
Data warehousing (ADW), ETL/ELT, semantic modeling
Enterprise reporting architecture and KPI frameworks
Experience leading complex ERP transformation programs
Strong stakeholder management at executive levels
Ability to drive decisions across business and IT

Enterprise Analytics Strategy
Define and execute the Clean Harbors analytics roadmap aligned to Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP, SCM, CX)
Establish FDI as the system of record for enterprise analytics and KPIs
Define reporting strategy across:
FDI (strategic analytics)
OTBI / BI Publisher (operational reporting)
Collaborate with Power BI / Data Lake (cross-platform analytics) for cross-track needs
Oracle FDI Platform Ownership
Own the end-to-end FDI platform lifecycle, including:
Data pipelines and ingestion from Oracle Fusion Cloud
Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW) and semantic model
Security, role-based access, and data governance
Ensure platform scalability, performance, and reliability
Data Architecture & Integration
Define architecture for:
Fusion Cloud + legacy systems coexistence
Data blending between FDI, Data Lake, and external systems
Establish standards for:
Data modeling (dimensions, hierarchies, KPIs)
Master data alignment (Chart of Accounts, customer, vendor, etc.)
Guide integration patterns across ERP, FDI, and external analytics tools
Reporting & KPI Framework
Lead development of:
Executive dashboards (P&L, operational metrics, working capital)
Functional analytics (Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Sales)
Standardize enterprise KPIs and definitions
Ensure alignment across modules (R2R, P2P, O2C, etc.)
Data Governance & Quality
Establish enterprise-wide data governance for analytics:
Data quality, reconciliation, and validation processes
Security model aligned with Oracle ERP and FDI
Drive consistency in reporting structures during:
Chart of Accounts redesign
Legacy-to-cloud transition
Delivery Leadership
Lead end-to-end delivery:
Requirements Design Build Test Deploy
Manage SI partners and internal teams
Own delivery for analytics across key phases:
SIT / UAT / Training / Go-Live
Stakeholder Engagement
Partner with:
Finance, Operations, Procurement, and Sales leadership
ERP program leadership and IT teams
Translate business needs into actionable analytics solutions
Provide executive-level insights and reporting guidance
Team Leadership
Build and lead a high-performing team of:
FDI / Oracle analytics leads
Data engineers and BI developers
Mentor and develop talent across US and offshore teams
Establish best practices and reusable frameworks
