A fast-growing, private equity–backed healthcare platform is seeking a Director of Operations to help scale a multi-site, multi-specialty network during a critical phase of expansion.

Reporting directly to the CEO, this role offers a unique opportunity to drive real enterprise value creation—leading growth initiatives, improving performance, and helping shape the future of the organization.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead new site development from buildout through profitability
  • Oversee operations across multiple practices and markets
  • Drive performance improvements across productivity, cost, and patient access
  • Develop and lead practice and regional operations teams
  • Partner with centralized functions across call center, scheduling, and marketing
  • Support and execute post-acquisition integrations
  • Track and optimize KPIs tied to financial and operational performance

What You Bring

  • Significant leadership experience in healthcare operations, including MSOs or multi-site, multi-specialty platforms
  • Proven success in PE-backed or performance-driven environments, with a strong understanding of EBITDA drivers
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and scale multi-location, multi-specialty operations
  • Hands-on experience with de novo launches, buildouts, and post-acquisition integration
  • Experience partnering with IT, call centers, scheduling, and healthcare marketing functions
  • Strong financial and analytical acumen, with comfort presenting to executive leadership
  • A data-driven, execution-focused leader who can operate at both strategic and tactical levels

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $130,000 – $150,000
  • Bonus:10% performance-based
