Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute operational strategies to drive efficiency, quality, and sustainable growth
Oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations including production, quality, supply chain, and workforce planning
Establish and track KPIs to improve performance, leveraging data to drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma)
Lead, mentor, and develop leadership teams while ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards
Required Skills & Experience:
Bachelor"s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
7-10+ years of manufacturing operations leadership experience (metal stamping or similar)
Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, quality systems, and process optimization
Proven leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills & Experience:
Master"s degree in a related field
Experience in deep drawn metal stamping operations
