The Director of Operations for Patient Access Systems provides both strategic direction and operational leadership for system optimization, access workflows, training, and front-end operational readiness across Patient Access. This role maintains a strong and visible presence throughout the enterprise, fostering effective partnerships with clinical operations, IT, revenue cycle, and regional access teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of system and workflow initiatives.
This leader is accountable for driving continuous improvement in registration processes, system build coordination, and training and quality programs - supporting efficient, standardized, and high-quality patient access operations. The Director oversees revenue cycle training, system registration and scheduling functions, and front-end access teams across all locations, ensuring consistency, scalability, and readiness for ongoing system and process enhancements.
In addition, the role emphasizes leadership development and organizational strength by building a strong leadership bench, fostering accountability, and investing in talent development. The Director plays a key role in cultivating a culture of operational excellence, innovation, and continuous learning across the Patient Access function.

Guidelines: Guidelines are in the form of stated vision and objectives for the division.

Provides information and negotiates solutions to functional issues that have major consequences or long-term significance.
Supervision Received: Under executive direction, the employee is delegated personal responsibilities and authorities over a division (or functional area within). Executives may review work for soundness of judgment and conclusion.

Annual Salary Range (Based on 40 hours worked per week): $137,944.29 to $229,907.13
