Position Summary
The North Central division of Florida Orthopaedic Institute, part of Orthopaedic Solutions Management (OSM), is seeking an experienced and collaborative Director of Operations to lead day-to-day operations across our growing physician practice locations. This leader will drive operational excellence, patient experience, employee engagement, physician partnerships, financial performance, and continuous process improvement in a fast-paced, multi-site healthcare environment.
The Director of Operations provides strategic and operational leadership while maintaining a visible presence across the region. This role partners closely with physicians, executive leadership, and support departments to ensure exceptional patient care, strong team performance, regulatory compliance, and long-term organizational growth.
The ideal candidate is a servant leader who enjoys developing teams, building culture, solving problems, and balancing strategic planning with hands-on operational execution.
