This is a high level Director of Operations role with a growing manufacturer of various Electromechanical products and systems. The ideal candidate will come from a manufacturing operations background and be able to deliver results through all things operations - production, supply chain, planning, financial reporting, cost management, lead time, forecasting and more.

Our client works with major customers in agriculture, oil/gas, and industrial settings, ensuring that they are able to monitor their performance, measure and control environmental impacts, and operate efficiently.
Description
- Manage all operations surrounding mechanical devices, electrical devices, and electromechanical devices
- Oversee complex precision machining operations
- Manage multiple product lines and integrate new and existing lines into the HQ facility
- Work with diverse suppliers all over the globe
- Manage KPIs daily pertaining to Inventory Turns, Gross Margin, On Time Delivery, Operational Efficiency, Lead Times, Cost Reductions, multi-site integration, forecasting, scrap, labor, and revenue delivery
- Utilize and leverage Dynamics ERP systems alongside AI to the fullest extent
- Support ongoing acquisitions and integrate systems and solutions into the local site
- Work directly with Quality to ensure all customer complaints and concerns are addressed proactively
- Manage several divisions and brands of products, both new and existing
Profile
- 10+ years of Operational Leadership
- Degree, Technical Degree preferred, advanced degrees a plus
- Experience with operational execution within a similar electromechanical environment
- Ability to manage a P&L, Supply Chain, Production Efficiency, Inventory, Labor, and more
- Experience leveraging a ERP system as well as AI
- Servant leadership on and off the production floor
