Job Description
Develop and execute long-term operational strategies aligned with company growth objectives
Oversee manufacturing operations including production, quality, supply chain, and workforce development
Establish and track KPIs (efficiency, quality, performance) to drive data-driven improvements
Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma)
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and operational protocols
Mentor and develop operations leadership teams to drive accountability and performance
Manage operational budgets and cost efficiency initiatives
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and key stakeholders

The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
7-10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, ideally in metal stamping or similar environments
Proven ability to lead teams and drive operational improvements
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and Lean/Six Sigma
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
