Description
Join our rapidly expanding ecommerce company as a Director of Operations. 
This full-time, remote position involves overseeing the execution of business operations, ensuring high standards across various departments such as Customer Success, Sales, HR, Product Development, Logistics, and Finance. 
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in operations, especially within ecommerce or growth-stage environments.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop managers across multiple functions to ensure accountability and performance.
Optimize systems and processes to support business growth and efficiency.
Identify and solve operational issues swiftly to prevent customer and revenue impact.
Collaborate with department leaders to set goals and improve accountability.
Manage logistics and fulfillment to meet customer expectations effectively.

Qualifications
Proven experience in leading operations, ideally in an ecommerce or growth-stage business.
Experience in building and improving systems and processes.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop leaders across functions.
Excellent problem-solving skills and high accountability.
Effective communication skills in a remote work environment.
