We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a Director of Operations for a Premier Title Company in downtown Dallas.

The Director of Operations is responsible for below specific duties.
 
Your specific duties will include:
  • Develop and implement operational strategies that support company growth and efficiency.
  • Ensure operational consistency across all office locations.
  • Oversee all functions of the Policy Department, ensuring the timely and accurate preparation, issuance, and delivery of title insurance policies, as well as remittance reporting.
  • Resolve complex title, escrow, and closing issues while minimizing operational risk.
  • Maintain compliance with underwriting guidelines.
  • Manage compliance with Texas Department of Insurance regulations.
  • Oversee internal and external audits.
  • Supervise the Escrow Software Manager.
  • Serve as the liaison between the IT Department and the TPS provider.
  • Oversee escrow office licensing procedures.
Required qualifications for the position include:
  • A college degree and a minimum of seven years of experience in the title industry.
  • A minimum of five years of experience managing multi-department title operations.
  • Strong knowledge of title insurance, escrow processes, underwriting requirements, and Texas Department of Insurance regulations, including regulatory compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of RamQuest and SoftPro software.
  • Strong knowledge of underwriter relationships and regulatory audit processes.
  • Current Escrow Officer licensure with the Texas Department of Insurance, or the ability to obtain licensure.
Preferred qualifications for the position include:
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills.
Pay Rate Range: $150,000 for salaried positions

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits, including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
