• Lead and oversee project managers, production staff, warehouse operations, and service functions
• Drive operational consistency through systems, scheduling, KPI management, and process improvement
• Coach and develop project managers and production leadership teams
• Manage subcontractor relationships, project scheduling, and production workflows
• Partner with company leadership on budgeting, strategic planning, and operational growth initiatives
• Ensure customer satisfaction through oversight of project execution and issue resolution
• Oversee inventory, warehouse organization, and production resource utilization
• Conduct production meetings, trainings, and operational performance reviews

Construction Director of Operations – What You Bring

• 8+ years of construction industry experience with leadership responsibility
• Strong project operations and production management background
• Experience coaching and leading teams in fast paced environments
• Ability to improve systems, processes, scheduling, and operational efficiency
• Strong communication, accountability, and problem solving skills
• Comfortable handling customer concerns and leading through operational challenges
• Experience managing KPIs, budgets, and production performance
• Proficiency with computers and operational software systems
