Position Summary
The Director of Operations plays a critical leadership role within the department, serving as the primary administrator for all non-academic operations and acting on behalf of the Chair in managing the departments administrative functions.
This position is responsible for ensuring efficient day-to-day operations, overseeing administrative staff, managing financial and personnel matters, and supporting the overall strategic goals of the department.
The Director of Operations works closely with departmental leadership to maintain effective administrative processes, foster a collaborative work environment, and ensure compliance with university policies and procedures.
