Responsibilities
The Director of Oil & Gas is responsible for leading ECS's strategy and growth across the oil and gas sector, including upstream, midstream, and downstream markets and related energy infrastructure. This role drives client development, national account growth, and cross-subsidiary collaboration to expand ECS's presence in oil and gas markets. Chantilly, VA is the preferred location however, this is a National opportunity and the ideal candidate can be located in any region with established ECS operations (Mid-Atlantic, Southwest, Southeast, Florida).

Required Qualifications
15+ years of experience in oil and gas consulting, engineering, account management, or infrastructure development.
BS/BA degree in engineering, geology, environmental science, business or related field or equivalent combination of experience and education.
MS preferred.
If driving for, or on behalf of, any ECS subsidiary, a valid driver's license is required.
Demonstrated success developing client relationships across upstream, midstream, and downstream oil and gas markets, including LNG, pipelines, refining and petrochemical facilities.
Broad understanding of services commonly required for oil and gas projects including geotechnical engineering, environmental services, construction materials testing, and facilities consulting.
Proven ability to develop and expand high-value client relationships and national accounts.
Strong understanding of oil and gas project delivery methods and procurement processes.
Experience negotiating contracts and managing associated risk with support from corporate counsel.
Ability to lead cross-disciplinary teams across multiple offices and geographic regions.
Strategic mindset with the ability to identify emerging markets opportunities and position ECS accordingly.
