Job Description:

Provides leadership in care delivery and nursing practice, including staffing, unit structuring, budgeting, and implementing safe, evidence-based care obstetric facilities. Participates in hiring, onboarding, coaching, and motivating perinatal education team members. Maintains professional proficiency through continuing education. Acts as a leadership resource for Nurse Managers and team to achieve nursing-specific, service line, and hospital goals. Promotes a safe environment and ensures compliance for patient safety regulations. Participates in policy formulation and decision-making, ensuring clinical policies and procedures are evidence-based. Analyzes financial statements, manages resources, develops and monitors budgets, and educates team members on financial implications of patient care decisions. Measures and analyzes service line growth from a business development and financial impact perspective. Uses hospital database management, system scorecards, and metrics to plan patient care processes. Monitors clinical and operational performance indicators and develops action plans to meet goals. Promotes patient volume growth and plans service expansion. Collaborates with physician partners and community stakeholders to drive policy changes and integrate evidence-based practices. Pay Range:

$110,702.15 - $205,911.28
