We’re building something new in Florida and are looking for a strong home health care nurse who is energized by growth, ownership, and helping shape what comes next. This role is ideal for a clinically strong, entrepreneurial nurse leader who is comfortable stepping into an evolving environment and helping build a program from the ground up. In the early stages, this role will be hands on and patient facing. As the business grows, the role will evolve into broader clinical and operational leadership.
This position is based in West Palm Beach, FL and requires significant travel throughout Florida, especially during the build phase.

Responsibilities:
What You'll Do:
- Serve as a clinical leader in the launch and growth of our Florida home health operations
- Conduct patient visits in the early stages until census and clinical staffing are established
- Help build and refine clinical processes, workflows, and best practices as the program grows
- Act as a subject matter expert in home health regulations, licensing, and compliance
- Support the transition of licensed entities from start up phase to active, patient serving operations
- Partner closely with operational leaders to shape and scale the business over time
- Bring a hands on, solutions oriented mindset to problem solving in an evolving environment
- Travel extensively throughout Florida to support clinical oversight, operations, and growth
Qualifications:
What You'll Bring
- Active RN license in Florida required
- Strong background in home health care nursing
- Experience in nursing leadership, including supervision, quality, and or compliance activities, is strongly preferred
- Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and the ability to help optimize documentation and workflows in an evolving environment
- Comfort working in a fast paced, evolving environment with a willingness to help build and scale a home health program from the ground up
- Solid understanding of home health regulations, licensing, and clinical standards
- Entrepreneurial, agile mindset with comfort wearing multiple hats as the business grows
- Willingness to be patient facing and hands on in the early stages
- Strong communication, leadership, and relationship building skills
- Ability to travel frequently throughout Florida
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to move, transport, or position up to 50 pounds
- Ability to move or traverse about in offices and/or client homes, including ascending and descending stairs.
- Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with others to exchange information.
Travel Requirements:
- Regular travel on a daily or weekly basis required to meet Florida HHA supervisory visit standards, survey readiness needs, and clinical staff oversight across multiple locations.
Salary Range: $95,000 - $115,000
Pay Range:
USD $95,000.00 - USD $115,000.00 /Yr.
