Director of Nursing Support Services and Throughput

Summary

Manages the staff and the environment to ensure efficient cost-effective, and quality patient care for the Cardiac Clinic Decision Unit, Admission Assessment Unit, Wound Team, Discharge Team, and Transfer Center.

EXPERIENCE:

• Three years of nursing experience required
• One year in a specialty preferred
• Previous management experience preferred.

OTHER: Basic computer skills.

LICENSE/CERT: Required: RN (Registered Nurse) State of Missouri, BLS (Basic Life Support) from AHA (American Heart Association)

EDUCATION: Required: Bachelors - Nursing, Helpful: Masters - Nursing, Masters - Business Administration
