Director of Nursing Services DON

Welcome to Solaris ! As the Director of Nursing, you'll have the pleasure of directing and developing our wonderful Nursing Department to maintain quality standards of care in accordance with current Federal, State and Solaris HealthCare standards, guidelines, and regulations. In absence of the Administrator, you'll assume the responsibility. We need a driven individual that is capable of problem solving, delegating tasks, and communicating in a timely and effective manner. The Director of Nursing will also act as a liaison between the residents and staff to ensure a safe, cheerful, and healthy environment for all. If this sounds like you, we’d love to meet you! Education

• MUST BE Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Florida
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred
• Must have and maintain CPR Certification
• Five years in long-term or acute health care preferred
• At least 2 years nursing supervisory experience required
• Previous Director of Nursing or Assistant Director of Nursing a Plus!
