You will be the person who:
Champions resident well‑being and ensures their rights, individuality, and independence are honored.
Guides and mentors nursing staff, fostering a team that is confident, collaborative, and deeply connected to its purpose.
Works in lock‑step with the NHA to create a unified, mission-driven leadership team.
Builds systems that support excellent care—through quality improvement, thoughtful staffing, and strong communication.
Serves as a steady, knowledgeable presence for staff during routine operations and unexpected challenges.
How You’ll Lead
Advocate for residents and ensure their physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs are met with excellence.
Cultivate a supportive, respectful environment where nurses and CNAs feel valued and heard.
Partner closely with the Administrator to align clinical operations with organizational goals.
Lead quality initiatives that elevate care standards and ensure best practices are consistently followed.
Guide the nursing team through surveys and regulatory processes with confidence and preparedness.
Ensure the EMR is used effectively and securely, supporting accurate, person-centered documentation.
Maintain staffing practices that balance resident needs, staff well-being, and operational stability.
Provide leadership support through shared on-call responsibilities.
Delegate with trust—empowering supervisors while maintaining accountability and clarity.
What You Bring
Registered Nurse (RN), licensed in Michigan.
Graduation from an accredited RN program.
At least 5 years of nursing experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or post-acute setting.
Prior leadership experience in post-acute care (preferred).
Strong communication skills and a commitment to compassionate, relationship-centered care.
Schedule & Compensation
Full-time, on-site
Monday–Friday, Day Shift (8-hour days)
Participation in after-hours/weekend on-call rotation
Salary: $110,000–$115,000 annually, based on experience
