Position Summary


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Nursing (LPN) to lead clinical operations at our Northville (Plymouth) community.

This leadership role oversees care delivery across Assisted Living and Memory Care, ensuring the highest standards of quality, compliance, and resident satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities


? Lead, develop, and oversee nursing services across Assisted Living and Memory Care programs

? Plan, implement, and evaluate clinical programs to ensure high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance

? Build and maintain an effective organizational structure within the nursing department

? Collaborate with department leaders to support smooth level-of-care transitions and overall community operations

? Monitor clinical outcomes and drive continuous improvement initiatives

? Support budget development, expense forecasting, and cost-control strategies

? Ensure compliance with all state and federal healthcare regulations

? Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on resident-centered care


Qualifications


? Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensed in the State of Michigan (required)

? Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)

? Experience overseeing Assisted Living and Memory Care required

? Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
