Director of Nursing

Ebenezer is hiring a Director of Nursing (RN) our Skilled Nursing TCU/LTC units at Jones Harrison in Minneapolis, MN .This RN position would ensure the quality of patient/resident care, services and outcomes. Integrates nursing functions with other disciplines to ensure a team approach to the holistic care of the patients/ residents that is consistent with the Ebenezer philosophy. Has a strategic approach to maintaining standards within Ebenezer.

Responsibilites

• Ensure the quality and clinical compliance of nursing care for residents
• Plan, develop and direct new and enhanced health care programs 
• Provide ongoing leadership, and oversite of the nursing department Assists with Hiring of Nursing staff 
• Adheres to Budgets 
• Supports a marketing plan aimed at full occupancy 
• Support relationships between nursing and medical staff 
• Stays current regarding long-term care trends and state/federal regulations. 
• Represents Ebenezer Society to the external community 
• Support relationship between vendors and the nursing department 
• Performs other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree RN
• Supervisory Experience
• 1 year
• AHA: BLS for Healthcare Providers (CPR & AED) Program or BLS Provider - BLS Instructor. American Red Cross: CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers and/or Healthcare Providers, Life Guarding First Aid/CPR/AED

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science BSN
• 3 years
• ANACC Certification in Gerontology

$114,857.60- $162,177.60 Annual

The posted pay range is for a 40-hour workweek (1.0 FTE). The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions.
