This is a full-time, exempt opportunity offering a competitive salary of $120,000 to $150,000 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
The Role
As the Director of Nursing, you will be the clinical heartbeat of our specialized residential facilities. You will inspire a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional, evidence-based care while fostering a culture of safety, growth, and professional excellence. Your leadership will ensure our programs remain at the forefront of clinical integrity and operational efficiency.
Your Impact
Strategic Leadership: Drive the clinical vision and documentation standards across our licensed sites.
Regulatory Excellence: Navigate California Title 22 and accreditation standards (Joint Commission/CARF) with confidence.
Mentorship: Empower a diverse team of RNs, LVNs, and assistants through proactive professional development.
Collaboration: Bridge the gap between nursing, medical staff, and executive leadership to optimize patient outcomes.
Quality & Safety: Oversee infection control, medication management, and quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Qualifications
Required: Active, unencumbered California RN license.
Required: At least five (5) years of nursing experience with a background in healthcare leadership or supervision.
Preferred: Experience in residential treatment, behavioral health, psychiatry, or eating disorders.
Preferred: Familiarity with adolescent patient populations.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR).
