3-5 years relevant experience with progressive leadership. 3 years of experience working in the emergency room. 2 years of progressive management experience in a hospital environment as a manager or full-time charge nurse/related position. Current State of California license. Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS). Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS). Mobile Intensive Care Nurse (MICN) within 1 year of hire. Associates Degree in Nursing required, BSN preferred Associate degree from an accredited nursing school with a bachelor's degree in a healthcare related field or a BSN.
