About Hospitality Health ER
Hospitality Health ER is a high-acuity, freestanding emergency department in Longview, Texas, providing 24/7 emergency care with a strong focus on clinical excellence, efficiency, and patient experience. Our environment is fast-paced, team-driven, and built for leaders who are decisive, visible, and operationally strong.
This is not a hospital unit and not a low-acuity setting. Our leadership team values accountability, clinical credibility, and hands-on problem solving.
Role Overview for the Director of Nursing
Hospitality Health ER is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead nursing operations within a freestanding emergency department environment.
This role requires prior Emergency Department leadership experience. Candidates without ER or ED leadership background will not be considered.

This is not a desk-only position. The DON is expected to maintain an active presence within the department and partner closely with physicians and staff.
Ideal candidates will have leadership experience in one or more of the following environments: Emergency Department (ED), Emergency Room (ER), Freestanding Emergency Room (FSER), Trauma, or high-acuity emergency services.
