Salary: $150,000 per year
We are seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead the nursing department at our skilled nursing facility. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong clinical leader who is passionate about resident care, regulatory compliance, staff development, and quality outcomes.

Direct the overall operations of the Nursing Department
Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
Ensure accurate nursing documentation and conduct routine chart audits
Oversee regulatory compliance and quality initiatives
Participate in resident assessments, care planning, and discharge planning
Provide leadership, guidance, and support to nursing staff and department leaders
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote excellent resident outcomes
Active RN license required
Director of Nursing, Assistant Director of Nursing, Unit Manager, or other nursing leadership experience preferred
Skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care experience required
Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
