Pay Rate: $68.00- $70.00/Hour
Job SummaryParkersburg Care Center is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) for a 9-week contract assignment. The ideal candidate will provide clinical leadership, oversee nursing operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote high-quality resident care.
ResponsibilitiesDirect and oversee daily nursing department operations.
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff.
Coordinate resident care plans and quality improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to maintain exceptional patient outcomes.
Active RN License.
Previous Director of Nursing or nursing leadership experience required.
Strong knowledge of LTC/SNF regulations and compliance standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage staffing, scheduling, and clinical operations.
