Your Impact As Director of Nursing, you will oversee daily nursing operations and elevate clinical quality across the facility. You will:
Lead and manage nursing teams to ensure high‑quality, patient‑centered care
Provide coaching, development, and mentorship to nurse leaders and staff
Ensure compliance with TJC, CMS, and state regulations
Oversee staffing, scheduling, and workforce planning
Monitor clinical outcomes and drive quality improvement initiatives
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
Participate in leadership meetings and support strategic decision‑making

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
Active RN license in the state required
Minimum 3 years RN experience (6+ years preferred)
Behavioral health nursing experience:
1 year required (inpatient, outpatient, psychiatric, addiction recovery, or related)
2 years preferred
Prior DON or Nurse Manager experience preferred
2 years of progressive leadership or management experience required
