Director of Nursing (DON) – Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to support clinical leadership at a 99-bed skilled nursing facility in the greater Beloit, WI area. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a key leadership role within a stable, well-supported environment.

Position Overview:
DON to oversee day-to-day nursing operations, ensuring high-quality care, regulatory compliance, and staff support across both long-term care (LTC) and short-term rehabilitation services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and supervising nursing staff
- Support compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
- Help drive quality improvement and clinical outcomes
- Participate in staff development, scheduling, and retention efforts
- Act as a leader and resource for clinical staff and interdisciplinary teams
Qualifications:
- Active RN license (Illinois)
- Prior experience in a SNF setting; leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong understanding of LTC and post-acute care operations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to quality care and team collaboration
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $125K- $135K
