We're Looking For
- Active Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care leadership experience required
- Previous DON experience preferred
- Experienced and tenured Assistant Directors of Nursing (ADONs) are strongly encouraged to apply
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance, quality measures, staffing, and clinical operations
- A collaborative leader who mentors staff and builds strong relationships
