The Director of Merchandise is responsible for building and scaling Memoir’s merchandise function into a meaningful revenue driver and brand extension of our immersive experiences.

This role owns the full merchandise lifecycle—from concept and curation through procurement, pricing strategy, on-site execution, and post-show analysis. The Director will operate at the intersection of Creative, Operations, Fabrication, Finance, and Show Leadership to deliver a cohesive retail experience that enhances the guest journey while achieving aggressive financial targets.

This is not a passive retail role. It requires a builder who can design systems, lead teams in the field, and treat merchandise as a core component of the show—not an afterthought.
