Contributing to long-term and strategic business planning for the Power division.
Providing senior leadership with strategic insights, perspectives, and counsel regarding emerging trends that impact current functional strategies.
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to implement the functions strategic roadmap in support of marketing goals.
Driving consumer-centric and market-led initiatives to improve profitability and sales across various business units.
Overseeing the management of personnel by leading teams through their respective managers.
Evaluating the performance and impact of marketing initiatives and reporting on them monthly.
Confirming that all project timelines and financial plans align with organizational goals.
Executing additional tasks as required by the business.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
10 years of relevant experience
Previous leadership/supervisory experience
Excellent knowledge of and experience in broad Marketing principles and practices
Preferred experience in B2B and/or dealer channel
Proven ability to build and sustain relationships with a wide variety of individuals at all levels
Ability to successfully influence outcomes without direct control
Ability to forecast and develop budgets
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location
Ability to travel up to 20%
