The Director of Marketing & Strategic Communications serves as the College's primary marketing and communications professional and is responsible for both strategic planning and day-to-day execution of marketing, communications, digital content, and branding initiatives. Reporting directly to the Dean, the Director develops and implements communications and marketing strategies that enhance the College's reputation, support enrollment growth, strengthen alumni and corporate engagement, and promote student success and career outcomes.
The Director serves as a key member of the College of Business leadership team and is responsible for developing and executing communications and marketing strategies that advance the College's mission and strategic priorities. Working closely with the Dean and the College's development officer, the Director supports initiatives related to enrollment growth, alumni engagement, donor stewardship, corporate partnerships, student success, and the overall reputation and visibility of the College. The Director also provides executive communications support to the Dean and assists in communicating the College's strategic priorities and accomplishments to internal and external stakeholders.
The position may supervise student employees and coordinate the work of external vendors and contractors as needed.
